Wax 3D printing

Wax 3D printing uses MJM technology (Multi-jet Modelling).
The headprint applies the material to the operating surface layer by layer. The product sets by gradual cooling and can be melted at 70 °C. The thickness of a layer is just 16 microns for wax printing and the finished product is blue. The produced model is rather fragile, so it’s not recommended to store it for long as it may become deformed.
LEVEL OF DETAIL: THICKNESS OF LAYER: MAX DIMENSIONS OF A PART: TERMS:

Due to the up-to-date technology, creation of patterns happens a few times faster, which enables saving time and money. The produced models have smooth, glossy surface and 100% correspond to an artist’s sketches.
