Assembly Technology
- airframe assembly, including assembly with the use of polymeric composite materials;
- production and installation of all interior components;
- installation of aircraft systems and their components;
- operational support (including after-sales service) and repair;
- creation of statements of work regarding process equipment, tooling and devices, and tooling production (in cooperation), including tooling according to the customer's statement of work;
- complete production cycle planning (product development and processing schedules), optimization of workplaces (location, support, etc);
- optimization of the available assembly technologies (LEAN Manufacturing);
- cost evaluation of modifications of existing products.
