Polyamide 3D-printing
We offer polyamide 3D-printing by industrial 3D-printers using SLS (Selective Laser Sintering). Description.
SLS is a selective laser sintering of polyamide-based powders. Powder is spread on a platform of a processing chamber, after that laser sinters only those areas that correspond to the cross-section of a model on this layer at a specified height.

Application.
Today SLS prototyping is one of the most profitable methods of manufacturing prototypes with 3D-models.
This technology is mostly used to create mock-ups and functional prototypes with geometry of any degree of complexity. Models can perform their functions as test samples, parts of an end product or be an embodiment of a designer’s idea.
Material.
We can offer 3D-printing from PA2200 material (polyamide 12).
PA2200 Performance:
- Density – 0.85 g/sm3;
- Young's modulus – 1700 MPa;
- Ultimate tensile strength – 48 MPa;
- Range of size of powder particles – 20-80 μm;
- Melting point – 182°С;
- Shore hardness – 88 units;
- Tensile strain – 5 %;
- Depth of a layer – 100 μm;
- Maximum dimension of a part – 340 х 340 х 620 mm.
How to make an order?
If you want to order 3D printing but you don’t know which materials and technology to choose for your task, feel free to send us an e-mail to 3d@avianik.com with a detailed description of your task and 3D electronic models or call +7 (495) 78-313-78 ext. 172. Our specialists will recommend you optimal technologies and materials for your task.
To calculate the price of 3D printing for a particular 3D model we need to have your input data in .stl format, other formats such as obj, iges, step, x_t are also possible. |
